• Thanks for reading,

I’m just adding this plugin to my site but the review don’t show.

If I change the “ALL” in the plugin line then I do get the button to add a new review, and I’ve been able to add a review and then ‘publish’ it, but neither that one or the one created in the wpadmin show on the page.

Any help would be great as this review plugin looks exactly what I’m after.

As an update I’ve also turned the review on in the setting block (so at present I’ve got it showing on the page twice) but neither show the reviews entered.

It’s likely a theme issue, which can be tested by switching to one of the basic WordPress themes so see if it still gives you a problem. If the reviews show up on a stock theme like 2016, then you know your them is the issue.

    Please provide the following info:

What version of WP are you using?
What version of WP Customer Reviews are you using?
    What theme are you using?

Also, try putting the page ID (563) in instead of “ALL” to get rid of duplicates.

Many thanks for getting back to me, really appreciate it !

As this is my first WP site I’m worried that switching the design template over will mean I loose any specific configurations for the work done so far ?! I’ll look up what the repercussions are.

    For your other questions:

    I’m running WordPress 4.4.2
The Tesseract theme by A guy called Tyler (picked because of the very good setup video he’d made)
    And WP Reviews 3.1.2 lite

I presume if it is a theme issue then very little can be done ?

    Thank you

The suggestion to change to one of the basic themes is just a troubleshooting step. Change it over, look at whether the plugin displays the reviews, and if it does you know the issue is with your theme. You can them simply change it back.

Often times if you tell the theme developer there is an issue, they will work with you to correct it. Not all offer support however, so you may need a css expert to assist.
