Clients submitting reviews are getting this message:
Your review could not be submitted and the error has been logged. Please Notify the site administrator

Per your instruction I am contacting you to have this resolved as it appears that it is quite rare to have this error.

It was not clear why this was happening on that particular website, but since there were no submitted reviews to save, it was resolved by performing the following steps:

    1. Changed the setting to delete everything on uninstall

    2. Uninstalled the plugin.
    3. Installed a fresh copy of the plugin.
