Unless the CSS/code was customized you should just need to select any theme that is NOT the “no map” theme if you have the Pro Pack. If you HAD the Pro Pack and made that change but then cancelled your order you will need to re-purchase so you can reset the them. Either that or manually edit the wp_options table and change the theme setting.

    (1) CSS was not modified … as far as I can remember.
    (2) Pro Pack license is still showing as active
    (3) wp_options table key “csl-slplus-theme” shows default as the value and “csl-slplus-custom_css” has nothing in the value field.

I’ve tried different themes, and the value shouwing as “default” is the last theme I selected. What do I edit the theme setting to? Or is there something else? Is there a CSS file I can restore to?

If you’ve tried a different theme then something else is wrong. You should always supply the site URL when you run into something like this. Sounds like something is blocking the JavaScript connection to Google Maps.

You can try turning on/off Force Load JavaScript under map settings, but that is just a guess.

    The page is at http://taxtutor.com/featured/find-us/

I have tried turning the Force Load Javascript on and off, with no change in the results.

Do I need to go to Google and get a new API key? If that is worth testing, what is the URL? I couldn’t get to it through my regular login.

@kirkward – Try setting your map height. It is set to 0.

That was it. I was expecting the height to auto-resize like an image does. Thanks.

I have another question about setting zoom on load. I’ll post it in another thread.
