Revert Back to 3.3.28

    Hi team,

    We are in a critical situation that needs your help to roll our Smart Slider back to 3.3.28. The reason is that after updating to 3.4, Smart Slider starts to conflict our Critical CSS and does not show properly.

    We have tried everything we can, including copying our 3.3.28 folder from backup – which does work with Critical CSS however the copied folder won’t read our existing sliders and not event newly created one.

    Can you please help us revert back to 3.3.28 properly? Thanks!

    Hi @geylang666,
    I’m sorry, but the data structure of Smart Slider 3.4 is different than the 3.3 format. This is why the newly created slider and changed sliders/slides are nit working when you downgrade. If you really want to downgrade, you will need a database backup (which is older than 3.4 update) and you should restore that point.

    But I suggest you to keep using 3.4 as it has a lot of improvements. If you provide us more details about your issue, we might been able to solve it with 3.4.
