 * Is it possible to reverse an automatic refund (via Paypal)?
 * Our employee accidentally refunded the full product amount instead of just the
   shipping amount.

 * I believe you can’t cancel a refund that’s already been issued.

 * I’d recommend contacting the customer and ask them to re-pay for the product 
   amount.
