Reverse payment, from vendor to buyer

Hello,

I would like to use dokan plugine but before to do that, I would like to know if the vendor (in my case a person requesting service or good) can make the payment to the buyer (in my case bidder)? I want to make an auctions website where people can post what services or goods they are looking for and to receive offers/bids for them. For example: I am looking for a designer and the lowest bid is the winner because is the best offer for me. Once my action is ended and I accept the lowest bid, I have to make the payment to the bidder. Once the payment is confirmed, the bidder can start to work at my project.
