Revenue report mail is sent, but csv data is empty

    I looked through posts in the forum and I believe there’s no relevant thread.

    In the analytic page, I can see a revenue report with a custom date range. Then I tried to download the data and an email is sent to my address. But even though I clicked the link indicated in the email and csv data is downloaded, it is empty: Its data size is 0kb. I tried several times but in vain.

    Does it work correctly or not? How can I download the data I want?

    I found the resolution. I used Chrome, but it works fine with Firefox. I don’t know why. Developers will find the solution.
