• It seems as we are selling event tickets there’s a mismatch in the revenue versus tickets sold. When I look at the report I see that some attendees do not have a Transaction ID. Does this mean they have not paid? I may have not realized that attendees listed as drafts have not paid yet and published them prior. How do I correct this? Do I simply delete the attendees that have no transaction IDs?
