Hi @simsim1986 @jeffcosta94

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that after you’ve updated WooCommerce yesterday, some days in Analytics is showing 0 orders, correct?

I replicated the scenario on my personal site running on the default Storefront theme and WooCommerce 7.6.0, however, I am unable to reproduce the issue on my end.

I understand that after clearing the analytics cache, the issue still persists.

Can you please try to import historical data and see if this works?

Otherwise, for us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

    Thanks!

Also I just noticed that there is some failed scheduled actions (I didn’t notice them before as they were not sorted by date sorry) but I’m not sure what to look for.

I also tried importing and it didn’t work

@jeffcosta94 I fixed it by going to analytics setting and removed all from excluded and saved then rechecked what I want to exclude again and saved then it worked. Try this good luck 🤞
