# Revalidate Users

 * Hi,
 * I am changing websites, and wanting to import the users from the old website 
   into the new website, but also revalidate these users.
 * Is there a way I can present them with a link instead of having them fill in 
   a form, given the system knows who they are, I was hoping to send an email to
   them saying something like its been awhile and we wanted to make sure you wanted
   to still receive our content.
 * If so click here.
 * This would be sent to the Historic list, and then I would be referencing the 
   new list, so only the people that clicked on the link and signed up to the new
   list would get the newsletters going forward.
 * I know I can put a subscription form in, but it kind of seems silly to ask them
   for their email when I already have their email.

 * Anyway, as suggested on the article (the screenshot may differ from the current
   plugin interface), it’s a better idea to keep them “confirmed” and send an email
   to announce the site change with the option to unsubscribe if they’re no more
   interested.
