    Fields: Auteur Name Auteur email address
 * Form2: Locations
    Fields: Location Name Location Address Location Request e-mail
   address Location Telephone
 * Form3: Event
    Fields: Event Auteur: select Auteur Name from form 1 data Event
   Location: select Location Name from form 2 data Event Name Event Start Date: 
   picking list Event End Date: picking list
 * Save this entry
    When entry saved send email with predefined text to: Auteur 
   email address Location email address with data from Form1, Form2 and Form 3
