  • Hey @tamfit,

I took a look at checkout on your site just now. While I don’t have an account, the login at the top of the page did appear to try to log me in. Were you able to get that up and running?

If you’re still having trouble, I would take a look at excluding the checkout page from the caching/minification. Make sure that none of the scripts are combined on that page as that can cause trouble at checkout.

Let us know if you’re still having trouble and we’ll go from there.

    Thanks!

Thank you so much. No, it’s still not working so what I did is disabled it in WooCommerce settings and put a login shortcode there in it’s place. I will look into the cache as I know I turned it off for Litespeed Cache but I’ll check it out again and also on my Sucuri plugin too. If that doesn’t work, I’ll let you know.

    Hey @tamfit,

It’s been a while since we heard from you, so I’m marking this thread resolved. Hopefully, you’ve been able to resolve this login trouble, but if you haven’t, please let open up a new topic and we’ll be happy to help out.

    Cheers!

Sorry, for not getting back to you but it’s still not working. I have tried everything. I have Woo Happiness Engineer working on it now.

I’m glad you’re getting some help at WooCommerce.com. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get that straightened out for you there 😄
