Returning a list of posts rather full archive | WordPress.org

So I figured out my problem with the cover, but I was hoping to see if I could click on a link created by the plugin — like author, genre, rating — and instead of returning a full archive with full posts, if it could generate a list of the posts with that tag.

Archive pages are managed by your theme, so how they display is however your theme handles archive pages of any kind. The links in the plugin point to the archive pages for author, genre, rating, etc. and your theme is responsible for presenting that information.
