Not sure if this is on the plugin end or Stripe’s but if a dud card is run through the system, instead of a message saying something like:

“The card you have entered is invalid”

    we are seeing:

“You have passed a blank string for ‘card’. You should remove the ‘card’ parameter from your request or supply a non-blank value.”

Not really the most helpful or friendly message.

You should be seeing an error right above credit car form as invalid card number and since the tokens were. not created successfully so the token was not passed to process payments so stripe server returned that error so that error is from stripe server and right above card no field should be an error stating invalid card number

Hi @azrulhassanmca. We get the error at the top of the form, which is fine. I ran one of my own inactive cards and received a ‘card declined’ message which was perfect. Seems if a totally made up card is entered one receives the ‘blank string’ message.

I think it’s not an issue, as long as valid numbers receive a relevant message it’s all good.

    Cheers!
