Ok, I have understood. Do one thing go to the following location and

if you are using the only plugin then go here
wp-content/plugins/wp-crowdfunding/wpcftemplate/woocommerce/basic/include/tabs/rewards-sidebar-form.php line number 60.

if you are using a backer theme then go here
crowdfunding/wp-content/themes/backer/wpcftemplate/woocommerce/basic/include/tabs/rewards-sidebar-form.php line number 62.

In both file just replace this code

$year = date_i18n("Y", strtotime($value['wpneo_rewards_endyear'].'-'.$month.'-15'));.

with

$year = $value['wpneo_rewards_endyear'];
