Return post where attachment is

I’m trying to get search to return not the attachment itself but instead where the attachment is attached to.
E.G. If I have a picture with a title of “foo” that is attached to a post named “bar” and do a search of foo, I’d like to see the post “bar” in the search results…not the actual attachment.
Is this at all possible?
