  • Is there a way to adjust the Return path email address for donation notifications? It is pulling the default email address from the web hosting server but they are using an external server for email so this is incorrect. Also, the messages go into the spam folders and show up coming from and “unknown sender” which is causing issues of not being notified.

  • I am also having this issue. The notification emails are going into my spam folder because they are from an unknown sender with a message that it might be a scam!… The sender is just, I think? the server and says “via”. I don’t see where to set up the sender.

    I just noticed as well, that the notification email is missing some information… on my test donation I checked the box for an anonymous donation, and that information is not included in the notification.

    Actually all the emails (to donors as well as the organization) are showing as coming from “via”. Is there a way to change that to the domain of my website? Thanks for any help you can provide.



    Simply select “Thank you emails” in the sidebar of the dashboard, then in the box under “From / Reply-To Name” enter the name you wish it to view in there… email from is below that as well, which can be customized as well.
