    Hallo,
    leider bekommen wir es nicht hin die Retour Scheine zu drucken. Es wird folgender Fehler angezeigt “Could not create label – Der angegebene Service ist nicht bekannt.”

    Das steht bei uns in der Log-Datei:
    12-15-2020 @ 19:43:49 – Response: Successful
    12-15-2020 @ 19:43:49 – Response Error: Could not create label – Der angegebene Service ist nicht bekannt.

    This error only happens when you use “return label”?

    Yes, that is correct. The printing of normal labels works.

    However, if you want to print the return label, it brings the following error “Could not create label – Der angegebene Service ist nicht bekannt.”. Would a log data help you?

    Can you confirm with DHL support if this needs to be enabled for your account?

    Everything is unlocked at DHL.
    We have also created an extra user for it and enabled the return.

    Which idea can we still test?

    Are you combining an additional service along with the return label, maybe this is not possible?
