It looks like you have a particular file which is over 1.5Gb in size which fails to get processed. Can you please stop the backup from WP Time Capsule -> Settings and then exclude the said file. Once you do this, try initiating the backup and see if you are getting the error.

No, that can’t be the issue. I’m having this error in all sites connected to dropbox. The sites connected to google drive do not have the error.

There is a possibility that you may have files that are zipped or an error log that is too big without you being aware of it. We’d recommend having this chat via our support email channel so that we can analyse what’s causing the issue on your sites in specific and not happening to other clients.

The issue is related to name of the files and not the size.
Some files using swedish letters are not backed up.
