    do you have a backup of your database (from a time before the user account was deleted) ?

    Have you previously exported the database that is connected to your website (the database is often located in your web hosting account)? An exported copy of your database that you have saved on your computer could be considered a “backup”. If you are not sure where to find the database in your web hosting account, please contact your web hosting account’s support team for guidance.
