# Retrieve statistics from sql file

 * Dear everyone who might be able to help,
 * I’m administrating a website that used to run on wordpress.com and that we moved
   to wordpress.org. Moving worked fine, we deleted the old site on .com and just
   after that realzing: we need to make an evaluation of the statistics. (Totally
   aware of how stupid that sounds…)
 * Before I start panicing we might not be able to do so, I remembered that our 
   technic guy exported all the stuff of the old .com site in an sql file. So, I
   have this file now and try to figure whether there’s any way to retrieve the 
   statistics from that and if so how to do that.
 * Anyone around who could help?

 * WordPress.com actually doesn’t allow you to export the database. He would have
   gotten a .xml file of then content, but that doesn’t contain the stats.
 * There *might* be a way for the Jetpack folks to recover and transfer the stats,
