 * I deleted my sql database on accident so I need to retrieve my posts from my 
   directory how do i do that?

 * You can’t – all the posts / pages / comments are in the database.
    Did you have
   a backup ? Did your host ?

 * Check with your web host to see if they have a fairly recent backup of your database.
