 * Wondering if someone can point me in the right direction here..
 * I have a blog I am self hosting..
 * I also have an unrelated database backed up on my PC from an old domain I used
   to own.
 * I am trying to retrieve an old post from that domain and use only that one post
   on my new website.
 * Is there any way to get an old post/html markup from an old database that doesnt
   have a host?
