I created a form using WPForms to allow people who drink my beers to leave feedback.

I would like to add QR codes to my beers labels allowing this:

    – Retrieve three GET variables from the QR code link (Beer name, batch number, date bottled) and display the name and batch number at the top of the form as some sort of title and also retrieve the “date bottled” variable and send it to myself along with the form when it’s submitted.

    – Prevent the same person from submitting the form again using his/her IP or something.

Is it possible to do these things with WPForms?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi ant123,

It is possible to autofill form fields using values in the URL by enabling the dynamic field population setting in the form. Please see our tutorial for more details.

Currently we don’t have the feature to prevent user with the same IP address from submitting twice.

For now the closest alternative might be to use the Form Locker addon to require unique values for certain fields, such as the Name, Email and Phone fields. The Form Locker addon is available with the Pro license level or higher.

    I hope this helps 🙂
