# Retrieve date

 * Hey guys,
    I was running my wp site from a hosted domain which I have I have 
   not renewed. Is there any way to retrieve my blog and continue it directly as
   a freehost wp site?
 * I have no access at the moment to all my posts and I’m hoping there is a way 
   to regain access to them.

 * You’ll need to talk to your hosting providers, as they would likely be the ones
   that manage(d) your database.

 * Thanks Andrew,
    I spoke with them and they only keep data for 2 weeks. I was 
   hoping since I entered all the data through a WP dashboard that it would be floating
   around somewhere..

 * The dashboard is just an interface to your database, basically. It’s local to
   your environment.
