Retrieve all posts tagged by a specific tag that are under a specific category

Hi there,

What i’m trying to do is to have links that return the posts that are taged by a specific tag but are only under a specific category.

For example, i have created “City Names” using categories and i have several reviews taged by business type, for example “Cafe”

So for example i need a url/link to get all the “Cafes(tag)” under “NY(category)”…in an ideal world this would be something like mydomain.com/nyc/tag/cafe/ or something similar….but unfortunately this does not work.

Any help will be awesome.
