Retaining widgets and feeds

    You may not be able to make a completely hassle-free changeover. If the new theme has sidebars with different names/titles, you may need to re-insert your widgets. As for your feed icons, if they are currently displayed via the theme, then they will also change. If you added them to your site, then they should be relatively unaffected.
