Retail Ground Ship Rates Not Displaying

    When I have Click’n’Ship rates enabled, Retail Ground does not display as a shipping option. Enabling debug mode, it says Retail Ground returned a rate, but that rate is $0.00. I assume that’s why it’s not showing.

    But if I got to usps.com Click’n’Ship and enter the address and package, it gives me a Retail Ground rate no problem?

    Once I subscribed, everything started working. I highly recommend this plugin.

    Hello @midshorediesel ,

    You would be able to switch Retail rates or Commercial rates to get the required services from USPS, which is a premium feature in the plugin. Glad to know it is working now. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
