Results shown from a different plug in

    The results that I am getting in each search are from the wrong plug in.
    For example: I am looking for the string “word” in Plugin A. I am receiving all the locations of the string “word” in Plugin B.

    I tried clearing cache using wp rocket and nginx.
    Does anyone know what can cause it ?
