Support » Plugin: YOP Poll » Results page missing

Where is the freaking Results page ? what’s the point of having a poll if you can’t view the results ? this is a critical issue that needs fixing ASAP.

I’ve seen a lot of screenshots of a Results page in the backend of WP, and yet that is nowhere to be found, at least in v6.0.2, which has been out for 3 weeks.
Mine is also not the only post talking about that issue, so this is not the first you hear of it, how is it not fixed already ?

Also there is a pretty massive conflict with the Elementor page builder, which works by adding various widgets, but if you happen to add a YOP Poll plugin to a page, that page will no longer open in Elementor.

I had to disable all of the plugins and reenable them 1 by 1 until i found that YOP Poll was the issue and the only way to fix it is to disable YOP Poll.

    EDIT:
Ok, i had to find out by reading some negative reviews that the Results page is missing on purpose, it’s a premium feature, apparently we are supposed to use “View Votes” to view them, whatever that means, there is no View Votes page, there is only a Results button AFTER you vote on the poll, what use is that for the one who made the poll and wants to see the results?

@joegp there seems to be some confusion here as you can see the results of your poll(s) in Free version.

As you said, it makes no sense to run a poll and not be able to view results.

When viewing your polls, each poll has an option to view both results and votes.

Please contact at yop.help{at}gmail.com if you are still unable to view results.

oh, i think i found it, it’s a tiny little icon next to where it says Published.
Yeah, that’s crappy design if you ask me, no offense, but my boss and i looked for it and couldn’t find it.
You need to make it stand out more somehow.
Make it 4 times bigger or replace it with “view Results” in bold text.
Or have a separate results page, where the same polls are listed again, but this time clicking on them takes you to the results for each of them.

Also then what Results page is only in the PRO version ? or were you only talking about the facebook and whatever data integration ?
You really need to work on your communication/design skills, you could avoid a lot of this and probably make more money.

Anyway, thanks for answering, maybe i won’t have to look for a different poll plugin after all.
