    I’m seeing that in the results found tab yet only 1 item is being displayed in the details. So I can only deal with 1 item at a time making this go excruciatingly slow. What is the deal and how do I fix this?

    There is a contradiction in your support request.

    You say that the Results Found tab on the scan page has (16) added to it which means that the scan has found 16 scan result issues.

    You said that, “only 1 item is being displayed in the details”

    This implies that you are only seeing one scan result issue instead of sixteen scan result issues.

    Then you said, “I can only deal with 1 item at a time”.

    This does not match your previous statement that there is only one scan result issue as you are saying that there is more than one scan result issue.

    Both statements cannot be true so please provide a very precise and detailed description for your support request.

    To clarify, I can only see 1 issue at a time therefore only able to deal with the item visible. Hope this makes sense

    Thank you for the update but it still doesn’t make sense to me.

    Please provide a very precise and detailed description of what action or actions you are taking and what happens on the Scan page as you perform that action or actions.

    NM next time it happens I will get screenshots. For now I worked through it the hard way.
