 * Hi,
 * I was wondering if there was any way where we can set Posts & Page results to
   show before Attachments? If I search a term sometimes I get the first page full
   of attachments when I know that there is a Post. I would like it to show Posts
   then Pages then Attachments.

 * Hi [@eangulus](https://wordpress.org/support/users/eangulus/),
 * Thanks for reaching out to sovrn support with your inquiry!
 * You have the ability to change what kind of information populates in your searches
   within the Search Everything plugin settings. I would simply recommend removing‘
   Search Every Attachment’ from your checked boxes within the Search Everything
   Basic Configuration section. This will allow your Posts & Page results to populate
   instead.

 * But that’s not what I want.
 * I want the ability to have media in my search results. It is a photography site
   after all. And all my photos are tagged in such a way to return as results in
   searches.
 * I simply want to find a way to set a weighting on what type of content gets what
   priority in the results. In my case I would want, Posts then Media then Pages.

 * Hi [@eangulus](https://wordpress.org/support/users/eangulus/),
 * The plugin was not built with any prioritization parameters regarding what populates
   after a search. This means that it automatically defaults to what is returned
   from WordPress’ database and weight cannot be placed on any specific form of
   content searched.
 * This is a great enhancement request and one that our dev team is looking into
   as we build out and update our suite of plugins. As such, our most relevant solution
   may be an upcoming rollout.
 * Please feel free to check back in for any new technological updates at any time
   and do not hesitate to follow up with any further questions.

 * I figured that.
 * I future feature would be awesome to be able to add weighting to different post/
   page types and media.
