 * Hi was looking through all the code, it seems like there is an error when you
   try to enter the same email to the same list. Here’s the error.
 * PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘Mailchimp_List_AlreadySubscribed’ with message‘
   xxx@gmail.com is already subscribed to the list.’ in /home/company/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/api/Mailchimp.php:253
 * Looks like the wpcf7_mch_subscribe function(8 arguments) that calls subscribe(
   7 parameters) is missing another parameter.
