    Hi there,

I have been trying to find plugins and information on restricting editing of single pages to single users.

The scenario is that I want to create a page and be the only person who can edit it. There needs to be multiple administrators/editors/authors etc in this site, so I can’t restrict a user group through the usual plugins.

    Any ideas please?

Doesn’t matter, I finally found a plugin for this, only took 3 days of searching.

    Julian,

Could you possibly tell us what the plugin is, please? I’d be very interested in using this.

    Kind regards
    Croila

don’t you love when someone asks for help, gets none, then finds the answer and doesnt help others. this is what leads to not getting an answer in the first place.. any one find a plugin he was talking about?

That’s horrible…why someone would bother re-posting stating they found the plugin they needed somewhere (I NEED IT TOO) and not share it with anyone. I too have searched for 2 days now and still haven’t been as lucky as this wordpresser who neglects to share what they’ve found, and neglects to promote the author of htis plugin’s work. Shame on you JulianJackson

Consider asking Julian that question on his contact page:

I did, he’s on holiday until the 26th. I”ll let you all know if i find anyting.
