Restricted page content block with shortcode to Pie Register form

    I tried to add the form shortcode to the “Block content” message of a restricted page (Restriction type: block content):

    [pie_register_form id="1" title="true" description="true" ]

    but on the frontend I get the message “Incorrect shortcode used.”

    Am I doing something wrong? I am using the free version of Pie Register

    We checked the link you provided. Both the login and registration forms are visible.

    Thank you for your answer.
    On the page I provided I changed the shortcode within the field “Block Content” with

    [pie_register_login]

    And it works pretty well. And actually I think it’s the correct one to be used.
    The non-working shortcode was

    [pie_register_form id="1" title="true" description="true" ]

    Which leads to the message “Incorrect shortcode used.”

    So… the real question is: which shortcodes are allowed within that field?
    Further question: is it possible to use html code within the field? How?

    Hi,

    The Block content field does not accept registration form shortcodes.

    Alternatively, you can create a page with the registration form shortcode. Instead of selecting the restriction type as block content, choose redirect. Then you can choose your registration page as the redirect page.

    I asked if there is a list of the accepted shortcodes or if there is a way to use HTML code inside the field.

    Hi,

    In response to your query via our contact form, we have provided you with the solution. Do you still have problems with the restriction type as a redirect?

    As previously stated, the registration form short code will not work as block content.
