# Restricted access question

 * I’m new to WP and have installed pippingsplugin for Restricted Content.
 * My questions is this: as I understand it, when someone visits my website and 
   tries to access a restricted page, they get a msg (that I create) saying they
   have to sign up before being allowed to gain access.
 * I want my page content is being paid for so how do I control the sign up process
   for an account on my WP site if they have not paid me yet via PayPal?
 * Is there a flag in their WP account that allows them to create the account but
   as the admin, I am the only one who can edit their account and set that flag 
   to full access once I determine they have paid?
