  • Hello,

    I am using the premium version of the AAM plugin. I have created a custom role, and a new category. I would like to restrict a particular user to being able to read/write in a specific category. This may be a result of a bug.

    I can’t find specific settings for this. Also, there is a bug under the Capabilities tab that covers up options with graphics when an option is de-selected. I am not sure what settings are selected as a result. I would be happy to send you login credentials so that you can see this for yourself.

    Hi ccampbell,
    That is weird in fact I have just created a new role and new category. Then went to Posts & Taxonomies Tab. Selected the newly created category and checked for Backend column the List, Browse & Edit checkboxes.
    The category disappeared for that user.

    And the problem with CSS & Capabilities was been resolved and will go in release 1.7.2 on Sunday.
