Restrict user access to a single page per users

Hi,

I am building a website for a shopping centre and they require each store to be able to login and edit their own page – but not have access to any other part of the website. I have tried a few different plugins but can’t seem to find a way to assign one user to one page, another user to another page etc. Does anybody have any solutions (in simple terms, please!!)
