Restrict role access for categories?

Hello – I’m looking for some advice on how to restrict users with a particular role from being able to view posts which are part of a specific category.

So, for example users from role A can view posts from all categories, but users with role b can only view posts from category 13, and users with role c can only view posts from category 15 etc.

Any advice or links to reference materials would be most welcome.
