    Hi

    Is there a way to disable Gratisfaction points redeem for some woocommerce product (and leave for others)?

    Hi rrivv,
    Apologies for the delayed response.
    You can do this by creating Manual Coupons which can be applied to certain products for your customer to redeem from the Loyalty Rewards.

    To do this, first, you need to create coupons manually on your WooCommerce store and then create a CSV file of the coupon codes that you have created.

    Now go to Gratisfaction Admin -> Loyalty Rewards -> Add New -> Reward Manual Coupon codes -> Update details -> Upload coupons in a csv file -> Save

    You can additionally inform your customers by doing an announcement- Gratisfaction admin -> Announcements -> Enter Details about the free gift Redemption -> Save

    You can also inform your customers about the loyalty reward coupon in the Loyalty welcome email. To edit the Loyalty Welcome email please navigate to Gratisfaction admin -> Email Templates -> Loyalty & Referral Reward Program Welcome Email -> Edit
