restrict embed playback has disappeared from WP media settings

I can embed videos if I allow the ‘share’ feature, but if I try to disable the ‘share’ feature so video will play only on my website, I get an error message “publisher limits playback of video embeds”. Many posts from 2011 and before say this can be corrected by adding my domain to a ‘Restict Video Embed’ field in the Media Settings; However, this field does not seem to exist in my version of WordPress. How can I have video on my site without allowing it to be shared? If nothing else, please confirm this field no longer exists so I will stop driving myself crazy looking for it.
