    Hi- this doesn’t work

    people who are logged in or out can still see it

    essentially I am trying to hide the login button I have created for those who are logged in but it doesn’t work

    The link to the bottom right login (once logged in you should not be able to see the login button but you can

    Hi @happysusan,

    The shortcode is working on my end. Did you copy and paste the shortcode? Or did you type it manually from the keyboard? Can you please try typing it from the keyboard? Sometimes when you copy and paste the shortcode, the wrong quotes are added.

    Please let me know how this goes.

    I copied and pasted from your help file- yes I pasted into the html not the visual builder but it never worked

    instead I gave it a class and added
    .logged-in .loginbutton{
    display: none !important;
    }

    thats the only thing that worked

    Hi @happysusan and David,

    You are able to see the content because you are logged in as an admin. The administrator role bypass the content restriction functionality including the restrict shortcode. In order to check the content restriction functionality please use dummy users/ guest users.
