Restrict category custom post type

Is it posssible with this plugin to create a user that can only view a certain taxonomy type of a custom post type? I’m using a custom post type created by the Genesis Portfolio plugin which has a taxonomy with the name Portfolio type. This has several ‘Types’, like houses, apartments etc. I would like to display only houses to a certain logged in user and hide the rest.

My second question is if I can display a page with different content for different users.
