Restrict access "EDITORS" to one element only of the admin panel (FORMS)

    I have a private wordpress theme running 4.1

    I want specific users I select who have an editor status to be able to login to the admin panel but only have the ability to read, write and edit in the forms tab.

    No other elements of the admin panel.

    Is there a plugin for this?
