Restoring WordPress Blog Locally

Hi All,

I want to install my blog locally on my laptop. for this purpose i took backup of public HTML directory (contains all the WordPress PHP and HTML files) and MySQL database backup from PHPMyAdmin.

know i have imported the SQL script successfully, database user is also added accordingly and i have placed all the WP files in “WWW” folder which is a document root for my local WAMP installation.

when i browse the localhost, then a Blank Page appears.

Could any one please help me in this regard, as i am new to WordPress
