I’m not sure. It depends on what data you could save.

The connections between posts and media files are stored in the (wp_)postmeta table. The rows have the meta_key _podPressMedia and the post specific settings are stored in rows with the meta_key _podPressPostSpecific.
The post_id values of these rows should be the ones of the post with podPress attachments. For instance if you have the data of the posts and the post IDs have changed during the restoration process then you could correct the post_id values of these (wp_)postmeta rows.

But if the (wp_)postmeta table has been damaged then it is probably easier to attach the media files again to the post by using the post editor.
