 * Hello,
    I’m not sure what happened but my Sign up plugin on my site [http://www.leahmarieblog.com ](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/restoring-my-plugin/leahmarieblog.com?output_format=md)
   looked like this (see screenshot) then suddenly the boxes moved and since I don’t
   know code and someone else set that up, I’m stuck. Can someone help me?
