# Restoring missing Jetpack stats

 * Hello,
 * I’ve been denied access to the Stats page on my website for a few weeks ([https://chinasportsinsider.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats](https://chinasportsinsider.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats))
   and couldn’t find out why.
 * I just looked at the plugin updates page and also clicked “Activate” on the Jetpack
   plugin – no idea how it deactivated after several years of working, as I never
   normally look at the plugin details and just click to update when prompted.
 * The stats page now appears to be working again, but there’s nothing from Feb 
   12 to now. Is there a way to restore the site stats for the missing period, either
   from Google Analytics or somewhere else in Jetpack or another channel perhaps?
