    Hello, I am basically changing my hosting but I am not able to install backup of my website which is 6.35 GB that I took from another hosting. My new current hosting is BlueHost.

    Process Stuck’s at: Done retrieving a list of all WordPress files.

    I have searched your forums but did not get any help out of them. I have tried to increase max_execution_time to 450, 600, 1200 and tried various and have increased max upload limit to 10k MB everywhere but NO SUCCESS!

    Following are my PHP.ini settings:
    display_errors = Off
    max_execution_time = 450
    max_input_time = 1200
    mysql.connect_timeout = 400
    max_input_vars = 1000
    memory_limit = 1024M
    post_max_size = 10000M
    session.gc_maxlifetime = 1440
    session.save_path = “/var/cpanel/php/sessions/ea-php72”
    upload_max_filesize = 10000M
    zlib.output_compression = On
    allow_url_fopen = On
    allow_url_include = On
    enable_dl = On
    file_uploads = On
    asp_tags = Off

    Bluehost support is asking if there is something on their end that they can do, so please suggest what should we do?

    This usually happens when max_execution_time exceeds the configuration. Double it and try again.

    I think you didn’t read the whole query. I tried increasing max_execution_time to 300, 600, 1200 and just tried it again after your response, even I tried to increase it upto 50000, but issue is still there.
