    Hello,

    The import takes too long, I don’t have FTP access currently so im afraid to stop it. Should I wait and this will complete? Is is still in process? Haven’t turned off the PC for a number of hours. Is this normal? I uploaded the file in .wpress format is this normal? if it is, i think I can wait until it finishes so far it hasnt produce any errors. Maybe the speed is set to low? Really need your help 🙁

    How large is your archive?
    How fast did the import process reach 93%?

    You can open a new tab and try to login via wp-admin. If it works, everything is OK.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply, but as you can see… it became the whitescreen of death. Whats worse is that the hosting provider doesnt reply and i cant login to FTP gosh im crying…

    Whitescreen is a good thing.
    It indicates that the import was successful but there is incompatibility of a plugin or theme with your new hosting.
    The easiest way to solve it is to:

    1. Enable WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php
    2. Refresh the website in your browser
    3. Note the error that you see and see if it matches a plugin
    4. Rename the plugin folder in wp-content/plugins
    5. Continue to step 2

    You will need FTP for steps 1 and 4.

    i have the some problem with my website 490 MO seize
    but after i try to login i have HTTP ERROR 500
    Please help
